Binance owns most of the neiro, the manipulation is by them as well, and I don't think they will lose the business that easily; it may take a bit, but it will rise.

$NEIRO we have to come to the conclusion that, after what happened today and as has been happening since it was listed on Binance, neiro is a robbery scam. It takes 25 days to rise and 1 hour to reach new lows. It is the most manipulated meme in history and Binance needs to delist it.
