After reading "Binance Life," I suddenly understood why CZ was able to create Binance.
It's not because he tells the best stories,
but because he has a very tough quality:
no internal strife, just solve problems.

His narrative core has always remained the same:
When faced with change, accept it;
When faced with problems, deal with it;
When faced with risks, endure it.
This may be the biggest difference between top entrepreneurs and ordinary people:
Ordinary people are easily trapped by emotions,
while capable people move directly to the next action.
