The liquidation price on Binance is estimated based on the type of position (Long or Short) and the leverage used. While Binance offers an integrated Futures Calculator for precise calculations, you can use the following simplified formulas for Isolated Margin:
1. Estimation formulas (Isolated Margin)
Long Position (Buy):

Short Position (Sell):

2. Practical examples:

3. Factors that affect the real price
Maintenance Margin: Liquidation actually occurs just before you lose 100% of your margin, when the position balance drops below the maintenance level required by Binance.
Mark Price: Binance uses the Mark Price (not the last traded price) to calculate liquidation and avoid forced liquidations from momentary volatility spikes.
Cross Margin: In this mode, the liquidation price is dynamic and depends on the total balance of your futures wallet, not just the individual position.
4. How to use the official calculator
To get the exact figure without manual calculations:
Enter the Binance Futures interface.
Click on the Calculator icon (top right corner on web or within the menu on the app).
Select the "Liquidation Price" tab.
Enter your balance, entry price, and desired leverage.
