I made a purchase, I have the receipt, but it hasn't been deposited into my account. I'm going to try reaching out to Binance again to see if they can locate it and refund the PIX sent. I've been trying to send the receipt but I can't seem to get it through. If anyone from Binance reads this post, please point me to a simple and effective way to resolve this issue. This isn't the first time it's happened. It occurred twice last year.
