Discipline above all: After receiving a Margin Call in my account, I prioritized capital preservation and manually closed my position before hitting automatic liquidation.
Strategic adjustment: Trading with 50x leverage is extremely sensitive to volatility. The clear lesson for my students is that reducing this level to 20x would have provided a much healthier buffer against market fluctuations.
