The biggest issue with AI that no one talks about
Most discussions around AI revolve around speed, intelligence, and which model performs best. But I think people are overlooking something more crucial: trust. A few weeks ago, I was testing various AI tools for research and brainstorming. The responses were impressive, but there was always a nagging thought in the back of my mind: where does all this information go after I hit send? This question led me down rabbit holes, and eventually I stumbled upon OpenGradient. What stood out wasn't just another claim to have the smartest AI. We've all heard those promises before. What caught my attention was the focus on privacy and user control.
The more I looked into it, the weirder this approach seemed. Most platforms just ask users to trust them. It seems like OpenGradient is taking a different route by embedding privacy into idea sharing without constantly questioning what happens behind the scenes.
Technology moves fast, but trust takes years to build. While everyone seems busy making AI louder and bigger, OpenGradient appears to be focused on making it more private, more flexible, and ultimately more useful for everyday people. In a world filled with AI noise, that seems like a surprisingly important difference.
