It's over guys.
This is not about only losing money also lost my mind too...😌
I started trading with confidence. At first, I told myself I would follow rules, manage risk, and stay disciplined. But slowly, without even realizing it, I changed. I began to overtrade. I entered positions without clear setups. I ignored my own rules. I stopped respecting risk.
One mistake became two. Two became a habit.
I told myself, “This one will recover.”
I moved stop losses.
I added more positions.
I chased the market.
But the market doesn’t care about emotions.
Because of my lack of discipline, I lost all of my fund now. Not in one trade… but in many small, careless decisions that kept adding up. The worst part is not just the money. It’s the mental damage — stress, frustration, overthinking, and losing control of myself.

Discipline is everything. Without it, strategy means nothing.
Right now, I’m stepping away.
Now I'm going back to a normal life — working 9–5, doing my job, getting paid and living simple like other people 🥲
Maybe one day I’ll come back stronger.
But for now… this is where I stop.
