这份认可署着我的名字，但它属于币安团队，属于币安的用户，更属于中本聪，属于每一个把这个行业从想法变成全球浪潮的社区成员。
如果在几年前，一位加密行业的原生创业者出现在这样的榜单上，会显得不同寻常；而今天，这更像是我们这个行业从金融与科技的边缘一步步走到聚光灯下，这不是我的“成就”，我只是看到了浪潮席卷而来，勇敢地站上了冲浪板，笨手笨脚地学习逐浪。但这份认可代表着区块链行业从小众极客玩家走向大众日常生活的漫长旅程中的又一步。但路还很长，它得我们日拱一卒，一步又一步地去建设，去打磨，这就是我们每天在做的事。

在印度的二三线城市里，有一群 36 到 50 岁的女性。她们的母亲一辈子没有过自己的银行账户，她们一年前也没有过。过去一年里，她们成了我们增长最快的用户群之一。那些没人在听的人，正在悄悄地把自己的判断、自己的钱、自己家庭的未来，从陈旧的系统拿回自己的知情权、决策权，进入一个更快捷、高效和低成本的金融世界，她们像我12年前，第一次开始思考“什么是钱”？这件事比任何宏大叙事都重要。
这些年，币安在南非、巴西、印度的乡村做了上万次小事：奖学金、培训、最基本的金融素养课。它们都不大，但它们一件一件地在发生。我不喜欢"赋能女性"这种词。它听起来像有人手里握着钥匙，再决定给不给你开门。我更愿意做的，是把那扇门拆掉，让更多人走进来。她们应该自己决定成为什么样的人，过什么样的一生。
3. 从3亿到30亿
当年我们说，币安要服务10亿用户的时候，外面的人觉得我们在异想天开，今天我们有超过3亿用户，10亿不再是遥远的梦想。所以今年我们把目标改成了30亿。
老实说，我说出来这句话前，也想过：这个数字对不对？我们配不配？但有一件事我是确定的：如果我们不把目标定在这里，就没有人会替这30亿人定。
30亿，大约是今天全球还没有进入正规金融体系的成年人。这意味着我们要做的，已经不只是一个加密货币交易所，而是一套能够托起30亿人日常生活的金融基础设施。
AI在重塑生产力。但如果生产力只属于几家公司，那不是革命，是新的垄断。过去一年，我们把很多过去只有专业机构才用得起的工具，一点点交到了普通用户手里：让一个不懂代码的人，也能让 AI 帮他优化决策；让一个第一次接触加密的人，也能用自然语言问出他想问的问题。金融不该只是少数人的语言。
区块链要解决的，是另一件事：让每一个用AI的人，都能从AI创造的价值里分到该属于自己的那一份。这两件事加在一起，才有可能撑起从 3 亿到 30 亿这条路。
有人说过一句很朴素的话：如果你不喜欢这个世界，那就去改变它。我从四川那个30年小村子一步步，走向县城，走向省城，走向世界，我比谁都清楚你想要的那个世界就像罗马，不会一天建成。
