I recently purchased PUBG Mobile UC from Bynas. My payment was completed successfully and I received a redeem code. However, when I tried to redeem the code, it shows "Code Already Redeemed."

I have not used this code before, and I did not receive the UC in my account. Because of this issue, I am unable to get the UC that I purchased.

Please check this problem and provide a solution. Either give me a new redeem code or add the UC to my account according to my payment.
