VERTRAUEN WALLET HACK: $7M GESTOHLEN: DAS SOLLTEN SIE WISSEN
Ein korrupter Chrome-Erweiterungs-Update hat Millionen von Trust Wallet-Nutzern entzogen.
Was ist passiert:
Am 24. Dezember veröffentlichte Trust Wallet Version 2.68 seiner Chrome-Browsererweiterung. Versteckt darin war bösartiger Code, der sich als Analysemodul tarnte.
Als die Nutzer ihr Wallet öffneten oder Seed-Phrasen importierten, erfasste der Code heimlich diese Daten und übermittelte sie an eine gefälschte Domain (metrics-trustwallet.com), die nur Tage vor dem Angriff registriert wurde.
Mit Zugriff auf die Seed-Phrasen benötigten die Hacker keine Genehmigungen, sie stellten einfach Wallets anderswo wieder her und entzogen alles.
Der Schaden:
🔹 Über 7 Millionen Dollar gestohlen
🔹 Hunderte von Wallets betroffen
🔹 Gelder über Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana und BNB Chain entzogen
🔹 Einige Nutzer verloren in wenigen Minuten sechsstellige Beträge
🔹 Gestohlene Gelder wurden an ChangeNOW, FixedFloat, KuCoin und HTX gesendet

#Binance-Gründer Changpeng Zhao bestätigte, dass Trust Wallet alle betroffenen Nutzer vollständig entschädigen wird:
"Bis jetzt, $7m betroffen durch diesen Hack. Trust Wallet wird decken. Nutzerfonds sind SAFU."
Er erwähnte auch, dass das Team untersucht, wie die Hacker das bösartige Update einreichen konnten, was auf eine mögliche Beteiligung von Insidern hindeutet.

→ Wenn Sie v2.68 verwendet und Ihre Seed-Phrase eingegeben haben, bewegen Sie die Gelder sofort auf ein neues Wallet
