I would like to raise an important concern regarding the #P2P market on Binance. In recent days, P2P-related scams—particularly those involving third-party payments—have become increasingly common. Many merchants are using third-party bank accounts to complete transactions. When questioned, they often respond with, “We are merchants,” as if that justifies the practice.

However, being a merchant does not grant the right to use third-party accounts or expose users to financial and legal risks.

My question is: Why is Binance allowing merchants to openly state in their terms that they will use third-party bank accounts?
This practice puts users in a vulnerable position and increases the likelihood of fraud.

Additionally, after completing payments through third-party accounts, some merchants reportedly contact their banks to initiate charge backs, and in many cases, banks support these requests. When users reach out to Binance Support for assistance, the response is often that no action can be taken unless a formal written statement from the bank is provided—something that is not always easy to obtain.

This leaves users with very limited protection.

Therefore, I kindly request #Binance to take strict action against merchants who use third-party payments, particularly those operating within Pakistan, where this issue has become increasingly widespread.

User safety and trust should remain the highest priority.
