I contacted him no call pick then on WhatsApp he replied that this is a chain dispute. i visited bank OPM told me there is a dispute of 205000 rs from this trader. I have submitted application and then told binance also Banks representative don't provide all details whether i go to take legal actioand register please recommend effective amd speedy solution.
