Technical Analysis: Bearish Confirmation 📉
​The current H1 chart for Gold shows a significant shift in market structure. After a period of consolidation, we are seeing clear signs of a trend reversal.
​Key Technical Observations:
​Pattern Formation: A clear Head and Shoulders pattern has formed at the top resistance zone ($4,650 - $4,750). This is a classic bearish reversal signal.
​Neckline Breach: The price has broken below the primary diagonal support (Neckline). This confirms that the buyers have lost control and sellers are now dominant.
​Resistance Zone: The rectangular box between $4,650 and $4,699 is now a heavy supply zone. Any move back into this area is likely to face strong selling pressure.
​Trading Strategy:
​Sell Setup: Look for entries on "Sell on Rallies." If the price retraces to test the broken neckline around $4,550 - $4,600, it offers a high-probability short entry.
​Target (TP): The immediate bearish target is set toward the $4,213 support level, as indicated by the downward momentum.
​Risk Management: Keep a tight Stop Loss above the recent "Right Shoulder" high to protect against any unexpected volatility.
