SharpLink Gaming (SBET) revealed its Ethereum treasury has grown to 728,000 ETH (≈$3.2B), yet the company posted a $103M net loss in Q2. Revenue fell 30% YoY to $0.7M, with losses tied largely to US GAAP rules, which forced a $87.8M non-cash impairment as ETH hit $2,300 during the quarter.

Nearly all of SharpLink’s ETH is staked, earning 1,326 ETH in yield, but investors remain wary. Since June, ETH treasury firms collectively added 2.7M ETH, led by BitMine Immersion (BMNR) with 1.2M.

Following rejection at $4,700, ETH dropped under $4,500, triggering $169M in liquidations over 24 hours. Analysts see potential support at $4,100, with deeper levels near $3,500 (50-day EMA & SMA). A breakout above $4,868 ATH could fuel a run to $5,000.
