The most effective method is to live in solitude. Disconnect, disappear, yet live concretely. A large dose of solitude, extended sleep, while maintaining three meals a day. When possible, read, exercise, meditate.
Face your inner feelings directly, what do you like, what are you good at, what are you passionate about, what are the internal conflicts, what is the anger that cannot be expressed, what disturbs your peace, what can give you strength, seeing is healing.
Your goal is to traverse your emotional layers; with spirit, you gain the courage to admit defeat, turn the page, start anew, and pledge allegiance to yourself, fighting side by side from now on.
