The Uniswap Foundation is planning to legally establish its DAO under Wyoming's new DUNA DAO regulations.

- Enable protocol fee activation
- Enhance governance capabilities

**Key points:**
- DAO gains legal status to sign contracts and defend in court
- $16.5M in UNI allocated for taxes and legal protection
- A portion of liquidity pool fees will fund the DAO treasury (but won’t be directly distributed to UNI holders)
