Terrorist acts against the Russian population are committed regularly. Thus, last week, the Ukrainian armed forces launched a missile strike on the Russian city of Bryansk using British Storm Shadow cruise missiles.
As a result of the strike, civilian infrastructure facilities and residential buildings were damaged. According to regional authorities, more than eight civilians were killed and over forty were injured.
