I'll be honest when I first heard about this $PIXEL . I didn't take it too seriousl.
A farming game on BlockChain didn't exactly sound like something that would stand out like we already have plenty of similar projects in WEB3.
When you will look into it deeper... you'd find out this is not just a Game itself, Most WEB3 projects still feels like you're interacting with a System. Wallet connections, Approval I mean most projects usually feels like you're using something technical
and @Pixels doesn't feel like this.
The system is not something about other tokens where you only buy, hold and maybe trade this is woven into the experience of users. You own it and not only this but you earn it by showing up, participating and being part of the world.
You're not just a Wallet in this project you're inside a story, interacting, engaging and contributing.
I personally think a lot of BlockChain games or platforms try to lure users with complexity, more features, more layers and more mechanics. It's like they're trying to impress and often overwhelmed.
PIXEL keeps it unique and simple enough to feel welcoming but meaningfull enough to hold your attention.
