【Yi Lihua: Early Chinese holders once owned about 90% of Bitcoin; practicing long-term value investment can help ignore short-term volatility】According to a report by Jinse Finance on April 27, Yi Lihua, founder of Liquid Capital (formerly LD Capital), shared on social media that during a chat with early miners, he learned that back in the day, Chinese holders accounted for about 90% of the circulating supply of BTC. However, due to high volatility, most people couldn't hold on. Now, most BTC has flowed into the hands of gray market players and institutions, making it hard for average folks to hold. When buying BTC at a few dozen bucks, it typically surged to 10x, and most cashed out. If it shot up to 100x, above ten grand, only those who are 'crazy,' truly loaded, or stuck in a locked position due to legal issues would stick around. In the long run, investing based on the philosophies of investors like Duan Yongping and Buffett is correct; recognizing valuable assets over the long term allows one to disregard medium and short-term fluctuations.
