#TerraClassic A new vote has been opened on the chain aimed at upgrading the software to version 4.0.1.
The preliminary chain lock time will occur at block 28486158, with processing scheduled for approximately Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 14:30 UTC.
This patch includes:
• Fixes for deprecated historical queries.
• Bugs in delegation/staking validator requests that were characteristic of outdated systems have been resolved.
• Bugs in IBC handling in wasm, including the registration of missing unprocessed IBC wasm packets have been fixed.
• Subsequent documentation updates.
