Selling has three scenarios: First, if the price rallies over 40%, sell a third of your position; second, if it rallies over 80%, sell another third; third, if the price drops below the daily MA, regardless of how much you’ve made, clear out your position—leave nothing behind.
Step four, risk management: This is crucial. We use the daily MA as our buy signal; if the price unexpectedly drops below it the following day, don’t hesitate—sell everything immediately. Don't let hope cloud your judgment. While our coin selection method minimizes the risk of this happening, nothing in trading is guaranteed, so stay vigilant.
