$XAU Chart Update: Free Fall 📉
As seen on the 15 MIN TF chart, $XAU is currently in a strong free fall, breaking through key structure levels.
This price action validates our previous decision to stick to our Stop Loss. If we had held onto that trade without risk management, we would be in a dire situation right now.
Current Status: Price is aggressively seeking lower liquidity. Do not try to catch a falling knife. We will wait for the market to stabilize and show clear signs of a reversal before looking for new entries.

Challenge Update: Trade #2 ( $XAU ) Result
Our second trade hit the Stop Loss, resulting in a net loss of -$50 (10%). However, don't worry — this is part of the game.
I won't say we made a mistake. We conducted our analysis, waited for confirmation, and entered with confidence. It wasn't a failure; it was simply a trade that taught us more lessons than a winning one would.
I also took this trade in my funded account, so I understand the frustration, especially for those who have been waiting for signals for days. The first trade was invalidated, we tried to reuse the zone, and it failed. But remember, this is just one of the 10 chances we have in this challenge. We would have to lose 10 consecutive trades to fail the challenge entirely.
We have done our risk calculations. I know losing the first valid trade of the challenge feels exhausting and demotivating, but when you have calculated everything beforehand, you realize it's not a big deal.
Risk Management Note: Some of you may have noticed the advantage of using a Stop Loss during XAU's sudden drop today. Without it, this kind of market behavior causes many traders to liquidate their accounts.

Analysis: As promised, here are the specific levels for this setup. Price has shown a Market Structure Shift (MSS) and is reacting from our identified Point of Interest (POI).

Direction: Long/Buy
Analysis: We are looking to long BTC from my "Golden Level". The frustrating aspect of this setup is that price often struggles to reach this level; however, the upside is that it typically results in a "sniper entry" with very fast results.
Risk Management: Even with a high-probability setup, we will maintain strict risk management, targeting almost 3 RR (Risk-to-Reward).

Update on our challenge:
As you know, our first trade was invalidated, so we are currently breaking even with no profit or loss.
Asset: $XAU
Analysis: We are waiting for a minor MSS (Market Structure Shift) before entry. We cannot turn a blind eye to the current situation; price is currently at our POI. If the price moves in our favor, we will execute the trade.

🚨 UPDATE: Challenge Trade #1 INVALID ❌
Status: Remove Limit Orders.
Result: Missed by a few pips.
We waited a long time for this setup, but the market didn't quite reach our entry level. We missed the fill by a small margin. However, this is part of the game.
No panic. Patience is the most important skill in trading. Missing a trade is better than entering a losing one. We will get a new setup soon.

Setup: Minor MSS + Consolidation confirming the low.
Plan: Limit order entry at the extreme (POI).
SL: Below the low.
R:R: 1:2 (Risk $50 / Reward $100).

Logic: Structural shift into consolidation. We look for a reaction at the extreme support.

Now if it breaks above the last high according to the chart, then we'll consider this low as strong and try to take trade using latest FVG/OB. Otherwise, we'll wait for 4,380 (4H Demand Zone) for long position.
Right now, taking short position is not really suitable because of high risk but we can take in case of liquidity sweep.
