The same happened with me by quick-currency. I transferred my money and then I tried to upload proof of my payment which I did through EasyPaisa. There was a problem on his side.

پاکستان میں بائنینس صارفین کے لیے ایک سنگین وارننگ جاری کی گئی ہے جہاں ایک جعلساز “MJ_Exchanger” کے نام سے خود کو ایک معتبر کرپٹو ایکسچینجر ظاہر کر رہا ہے یہ شخص صارفین کو دھوکہ دے کر ان سے پیسے وصول کر رہا ہے لیکن اس کے بدلے میں بائنینس اکاؤنٹس میں کوئی رقم منتقل نہیں کی جا رہی ایک متاثرہ صارف کے مطابق اس نے اس فراڈ ایکسچینجر کو ایزی پیسہ کے ذریعے رقم بھیجی جس کی تفصیلات درج ذیل ہیں

رقم بھیجنے کے باوجود مبینہ ایکسچینجر نے صارف کے بائنینس اکاؤنٹ میں کوئی رقم منتقل نہیں کی متاثرہ فرد نے فوری طور پر یہ معاملہ بائنینس ٹیم کو رپورٹ کیا ہے جس نے مکمل تعاون کی یقین دہانی کروائی ہے اور تحقیقات شروع کر دی ہیں
یہ واقعہ پاکستان میں کرپٹو کرنسی کے بڑھتے ہوئے استعمال کے ساتھ ساتھ فراڈیوں کی بڑھتی ہوئی سرگرمیوں کی ایک اور مثال ہے بائنینس صارفین سے گزارش ہے کہ وہ صرف باضابطہ اور تصدیق شدہ ذرائع کے ذریعے ہی لین دین کریں اور کسی غیر مصدقہ فرد یا پلیٹ فارم کو ادائیگی کرنے سے گریز کریں
اہم بات یہ ہے کہ بائنینس کا اسکیم رپورٹنگ عمل کبھی کبھار وقت لے سکتا ہے خاص طور پر ان صارفین کے لیے جنہیں ویڈیو ویریفکیشن یا ڈیجیٹل پراسیسنگ میں دشواری پیش آتی ہے تاہم صارفین کو صبر کے ساتھ اپنی رپورٹ مکمل کرنی چاہیے تاکہ اس طرح کے فراڈیوں کے خلاف مؤثر کارروائی کی جا سکے
