At 112K, I projected that $BTC would trend down to 37K.
After updating my analysis, and with several months potentially still left in this broader bear phase, I now see the 50–60K range as a great area to scale in.
Whether we get another sweep below 60K remains to be seen. If it happens, I’ll take advantage of it; if not, I’ll simply wait for a clear structural shift and flip long accordingly rather than anchoring to a single target.
The broader cycle structure still leans toward a potential move below 60K, but ultimately we’ll see whether history repeats or this cycle deviates.
Until then... we observe.

We’ve officially filled the 84K CME gap, something I honestly didn’t expect either, especially given how differently price behaved in 2022.
What would be truly ironic is if 85K gets front-run and this ends up being the HTF reversal zone. At the same time, it wouldn’t be all that surprising.
In downtrends, the first attempt to flip an exhaustion gap usually gets rejected on the first try, especially when price runs into overhead liquidity after an aggressive relief move.
So having a retrace lower from here would actually make sense & 85K would be front ran for now.

We're currently at a critical point of interest.
The bottom of the FVG at $79.4k has now been retested four times (including the candles before the drop to $60k).
If we break the current weekly high and clear this FVG, I expect price to rally and test the next one, starting at $84.6k.
We're also seeing an ascending triangle forming with equal highs and higher lows, which gives the short-term price action a more bullish bias.
However, if we get rejected at the $79.4k FVG again, I'm looking for a retracement down to the weekly low at $74.5k.

GM, looks like they might be going with a more aggressive scenario, sweeping the previous monthly high at the start of May (taking out short stops) before moving back into range and setting a range high.
I’d be very careful longing into the sweep. I’ve got a feeling it retraces fairly quickly on the HTF through the rest of May.
This kind of move typically shows up at the start of a new month, it’s pretty textbook, hence why I derisked my the add on my short at BE.
I’ve also placed another small short add at 79.5K in case we sweep the previous monthly high (which is likely now), which should further improve my average from 76K, similar to the last add. SSL remains the same. 1W closure above 83K. No HSL.
