标普给USDT评倒数第二！Tether真要慌了？
标普最新评级实锤：Tether从“限制”（等级四）下调至“弱”（等级五）——标普6级体系里的倒数第二档，距离最低级仅一步之遥！
核心原因很直接：一是抵押物风险高+透明度不足，USDT储备中5.6%是BTC，还有黄金、企业债等风险资产；二是超额抵押缓冲垫太薄，9月底抵押率103.9%（超额仅3.9%），而BTC占比已超这一数值。
关键数据戳穿关键：9月底BTC价11.27万美元，如今跌至9.1万美元（跌幅19.25%），导致BTC占比降至4.5%，USDT超额抵押率也跌到2.8%。标普担忧，若BTC再跌，可能引发资不抵债风险。
但不用慌！标普没说Tether会倒——其手握超1300亿美元美债，占抵押品75%，这是稳定性压舱石。而且Tether是现金牛，只要不瞎折腾，短期无虞。
