As Alchemy Pay’s global payment network continues to scale across users, merchants, and transaction volume, the demands placed on its underlying infrastructure have evolved. Supporting real-world payments at global scale requires more than application-level services; it requires a scalable, economically aligned network capable of securing value, coordinating incentives, and sustaining long-term growth.
Alchemy Chain is designed to meet this need: a stablecoin payment-native blockchain built to support settlement, merchant activity, and cross-border payment flows directly on-chain.
To support this transition, Alchemy Chain introduces a structured supply adjustment of ACH, aligning the token’s role with the network’s growing security, coordination, and ecosystem requirements. This adjustment is intended to provide the economic foundation needed to secure the protocol, encourage participation, and enable developers and partners to build directly on-chain, serving as a foundational step in evolving Alchemy Pay from a service-oriented platform into a self-sustaining, protocol-driven financial network.
A Growth-Oriented Supply Model with Long-Term Discipline
ACH follows an adaptive supply framework designed to support the network at different stages of its lifecycle. In the early phase, supply growth is designed to provide sufficient economic incentives for validator participation, infrastructure deployment, and ecosystem activation. This initial flexibility enables the network to establish security, liquidity, and developer momentum during its formative period.
Following this supply adjustment, the total ACH supply will increase from 10,000,000,000 to 10,800,000,000 ACH in 2026. As a result, both total supply and circulating supply will increase by approximately 6% upon execution. 
As Alchemy Chain adoption increases, the framework progressively reduces supply growth, starting with ~8% with an estimated ~15% disinflation rate, shifting the network away from token-based incentives and toward revenue-supported sustainability till a projected total supply 15,346,246,088 by 2037. Over time, the model converges toward a low and stable baseline with a buyback mechanism, ensuring that long-term security can be maintained without excessive token expansion. Key parameters are guided by governance processes and informed by real network conditions.
Directing Resources to What Grows the Network
New ACH allocated through this framework is directed toward clearly defined areas that strengthen the network as a whole. This includes securing chain operations through validator and node incentives, encouraging payment activity and transaction volume, supporting developers building payment-native applications, and enabling integrations with merchants, stablecoins, and infrastructure partners.
Additional allocations support ecosystem visibility, market development, and strategic collaboration, ensuring that Alchemy Chain can grow alongside the broader payments and digital finance landscape. Strategic reserves are managed under governance constraints and long-term planning considerations, reinforcing accountability and sustainability.
Buyback Mechanism: Aligning Network Activity with Token Value
As usage on Alchemy Chain increases, the protocol is designed to generate real economic activity through transaction processing, settlement services, cross-network execution, and merchant-related payments. A portion of this protocol-level revenue will be used to acquire ACH in the open market, creating a direct link between network performance and token supply dynamics.
This approach is intended to moderate effective supply growth over time and gradually tighten availability as the ecosystem matures. As network usage and revenue scale, ACH’s value becomes increasingly tied to real payment activity, reinforcing its role as a core economic asset within the Alchemy Chain ecosystem.
