马斯克近日用一句极具冲击力的比喻形容人工智能的发展——“AI is a supersonic tsunami（AI 是一场超音速海啸）”。在他看来，AI 并不是缓慢推进的技术浪潮，而是一种几乎无法阻挡、速度远超人类预期的力量，一旦成形，便会在极短时间内重塑整个世界。

所谓“超音速”，指的是技术演进的速度已经超越传统产业、制度与社会适应能力的反应极限。从算力爆发、模型自进化，到 AI 进入金融、医疗、军事与内容创作领域，变化并非线性增长，而是指数级加速。很多人还在理解“AI 能做什么”，现实却已经走到了“AI 正在接管什么”。

而“海啸”则强调其不可逆性。马斯克多次指出，真正的风险不在于单个应用，而在于系统性冲击：就业结构被重写、权力与信息高度集中、人类决策逐渐被算法替代。如果缺乏清晰的安全边界与价值对齐，后果可能并非局部失误，而是整体失控。
