According to PANews, Anchorage Digital has acquired the wealth management division of Securitize, known as Securitize For Advisors, to enhance its offerings for registered investment advisors (RIA). The terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.
The transaction includes the team and front-end platform of Securitize For Advisors, allowing Anchorage to integrate the department's technology with its federally regulated digital asset custody services. Over the past year, the advisory division has experienced growth exceeding 4500%, with deposits and net assets under management reaching record highs.
