Now that the market has crashed, I am actually quite pleased. When will I be able to have whole bitcoins instead of several decimal points?

I sincerely want to share some experience. Let me tell you that speculation is harder than investment; if possible, I would like to start dollar-cost averaging into bitcoin again.

I first got into the crypto space in 2021, and I was fascinated by the mechanics of bitcoin. At that time, the price was over sixty thousand, which I felt was still too high. I didn't understand anything and only had a few thousand yuan because I was still a student, dreaming of when the bitcoin holding would be a whole number instead of several decimal points.

Because my principal was small, I also dabbled repeatedly, trying medium-term and intraday short-term trading and leveraged contracts. I also read many books and studied technical analysis of charts and lines.

But I've come to the conclusion that looking at candlestick charts only reflects market conditions; you can't predict the future. It's similar to analyzing winning numbers in a lottery shop.

The most I ever managed was to buy physical bitcoin every month during the previous bear market, averaging around forty thousand. That was the most stable approach, but when the bull market came, I couldn't hold back and started short-term trading and contracts, which ultimately led to liquidation.

There are truly tough people who can strictly take profits and cut losses; I admire them. But for me, that's currently not possible; I know my emotions can get the better of me.

Speculation is just feeling that dollar-cost averaging is too slow, but personally, I think there is no faster or simpler method than dollar-cost averaging.
