The Ministry of Public Security proposes a mechanism for scoring and ranking for digital citizens on VNeID
According to the draft prepared by the Ministry of Public Security, digital citizens will be divided into 3 levels, with proactive digital citizens having 350 or more trust points, basic digital citizens having between 100 - 349 points, and those with less than 100 points being unranked.
