I've always thought of myself as pretty easygoing, but lately it seems like I've been having some mental health issues.

I feel very troubled and strange. It's like my whole self is trapped in nothingness—my body feels weak. Even though I'm taking medication for anxiety, those are different. All along, I haven't really been leaning toward depression; it's only been physical symptoms. I honestly find it hard to believe that I'm depressed.
