Is trading full-time at home boring?

Waking up early in the morning, I want to write an article about my trading insights,

At 8:25, I wash up on time, then after breakfast, around 8:45, I check the economic data or important news being released that day, avoiding any operations during this period until the important data is announced and I can return to my desk.

After a long time, I can basically conduct a review within 15 minutes, recalling the patterns I encountered yesterday, figuring out what mistakes I made that I shouldn't have done. At 9:00, I officially start trading, as I have already reviewed whether the direction is to go long or short, or if it's in a consolidation area, I have already formulated my trading plan in my mind. Next, I wait like a hunter for the entry point of my trading strategy; if it doesn't reach my specified range, I just keep waiting.

It's like holding a shotgun, waiting for a rabbit or wild boar to come closer; the closer it gets, the higher your accuracy when you shoot. The bullets represent your own capital; for instance, if you only have three bullets, you must wait for the prey to come closer before taking a shot.

Sometimes, you might not see many opportunities in a day, and you can feel very bored. I will find some other ways to avoid this feeling of boredom, like listening to soothing music or watching videos or audios about human nature and marketing.

Sitting for long periods in a chair is not good for the body. Generally, when there are no trading opportunities in a consolidation area, I stand up and do about 20 minutes of Ba Duan Jin to help my body recover. Alternatively, doing 10 minutes of mental introspection is similar to meditation; the purpose of this is to clear your mind. When you finish these actions, your mind will be clearer than before. A full-time trader's mind is tranquil and does not require external distractions.

All external people or things are distractions for you; besides eating, other people or things, even your parents and children, are merely passing guests in your life. Trading is like a big jungle game, testing human nature within it; you can observe all the characteristics of human nature, the genes of greed, anger, ignorance, and the tendency to seek benefit and avoid harm. So-called interpersonal relationships are meaningless. $SOL #美联储回购协议计划
