#TerraClassic Community, it is important to understand one simple truth: there cannot be only one blockchain network. A system of this scale must, by definition, be distributed.
When millions of tokenized financial instruments hit the market, the load will be such that one network simply cannot handle it.
At least 5-6 major infrastructures are needed,
so that there is no single point of failure. This entire “tribal” approach — who supports which chain, who supports which coin — is just arguments.

The preliminary chain lock time will occur at block 28486158, with processing scheduled for approximately Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 14:30 UTC.
This patch includes:
• Fixes for deprecated historical queries.
• Bugs in delegation/staking validator requests that were characteristic of outdated systems have been resolved.
• Bugs in IBC handling in wasm, including the registration of missing unprocessed IBC wasm packets have been fixed.

The essence of Proposal #12220 is the second phase of funding for a major network upgrade:
Transitioning to:
