Trading is like a relationship: When it’s hot, you’re up +20%, but when it’s over, it’s down -50%. Luckily, I just 'broke up' with ORCA while it was still in its prime! 💔➡️💰
Staying up last night watching ORCA finally paid off, fam. I saw it spike to 1.88, but when the volume started dwindling, I knew the Longs were out of gas, so I went in to Short at 1.68 to keep it spicy. Watching those 15-minute candlesticks drop continuously and seeing lower highs told me this trade was looking sweet. The basic thing is that the Funding Rate is heavily negative right now, holding a position overnight could easily get you 'wrecked' by some wicks, so I decided to secure a light 16.7% profit. My target is still around 1.5x, but hey, money in my wallet is my money, and the digits on the screen are just numbers. At this point, knowing when to be satisfied is happiness; after closing my profits, I'm off to sleep to clear my head. If I kept staring at the charts until morning, I’d probably see candlesticks turn into telephone poles. Good luck to those holding strong, I’m off to sleep tight!
