From July to October 2025, agents constantly repeated:
"Don't worry, the refund is being processed"
And each time set new deadlines.
📅 October 9, 2025 — token breakdown: Binance closed the case, stating that they cannot provide a mandatory resolution and advised to "contact the official authorities".
I filed complaints with Hong Kong SFC and Swedish Finansinspektionen, but have not received a response yet.
