CoinGlass data showed more than 208,000 traders were liquidated. Bitcoin accounted for more than $800 million of the losses, while Ether accounted for another $386 million. Apyx's synthetic dollar stablecoin apxUSD depegged and fell to $0.94, Spot On Chain reported. The stablecoin is issued against Strategy's STRC and Strive's SATA preferred shares as underlying assets. Spot On Chain warned that BTC's price drop lowered apxUSD collateral value. Spot On Chain added that a rush of withdrawals by holders could lead to further depegging.
