Majority Leader Thune wants to prioritize the NDAA first, meaning the Clarity Act hits the floor later in July or early August before summer recess.
The bill needs 60 votes including at least seven Democrats. Support hinges on whether the White House agrees to an ethics framework addressing Trump's crypto businesses, which have generated more than $2 billion for him since returning to office. As of now, no final agreement has been reached. Two weeks. One window. Miss it and the next chance may not come until 2030.$XRP
