Ngân hàng Nhân dân Trung Quốc và Tổng cục Hải quan đã công bố quy định mới nhằm nới lỏng thủ tục cấp phép nhập, xuất khẩu vàng và sản phẩm vàng.

Thông báo số 11 năm 2026 sẽ thay thế hai thông báo cũ và có hiệu lực từ ngày 1/6/2026. Quy định mới mở rộng phạm vi áp dụng sang 15 cơ quan hải quan, gồm Bắc Kinh, Thượng Hải và Thâm Quyến.

Theo quy định, pháp nhân có hoạt động xuất nhập khẩu thường xuyên có thể xin giấy phép “không theo từng lô” theo cơ chế quản lý hiện hành. Giấy phép có hiệu lực 9 tháng kể từ ngày cấp và được dùng cho nhiều lần khai báo hải quan trong thời hạn này, với khối lượng không vượt mức cho phép.

In the same reporting period, US spot Bitcoin ETFs registered a net outflow of 1.725 BTC, while Ethereum ETFs experienced a net loss of 41.275 ETH.

These two figures indicate that investors have pulled capital from both asset classes simultaneously. When Bitcoin and Ethereum both see net outflows, it often signals a broader risk-off sentiment rather than just specific to one coin.
