Tim Draper is a well-known venture capitalist who bought ~29,656 BTC(from seized Silk Road assets) from the U.S. Marshals Service auction in 2014.
The purchase price was ~$632 per BTC, totaling $18.7M.
Those 29,656 $BTC were worth $3.74B at the peak and are now worth $1.82B.
