The bull market is not over! UBS's heavyweight report: The rise of US stocks is expected to continue until 2026
Just as concerns about overvaluation begin to emerge in the market, UBS has released a confident forward-looking report: The US bull market has not only not ended, but the rise is likely to continue until 2026.
UBS's analysis team pointed out that three core drivers will continue to push the market higher:
First, corporate profits remain strong. Especially the profit growth in the technology sector keeps current valuations at reasonable levels. UBS predicts that the S&P 500 index's earnings will grow by 10%, which is expected to push the index up to around 7700 points.
Second, monetary policy remains friendly. Further interest rate cuts by the Federal Reserve and the new chairman's assumption of office may provide additional liquidity support to the market.
Third, the policy outlook is becoming clearer. Regardless of how future tariff policies develop, a clearer policy environment itself helps reduce market uncertainty and boost investor confidence.
"Now is not the time to reduce holdings." UBS clearly stated that it maintains an "attractive" rating for the US stock market and suggests that investors maintain their allocations to seize this growth opportunity that may extend until 2026.
