The service hours for this transaction are from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
In case of currency sales by the client, only banknotes in good condition will be accepted.

si, solo fueron debitados de mi cuenta por el bdv, estan en mi cuenta pero aparece como saldo bloqueado, ya fui al banco, hice el reclamo por correo y no me dijeron prácticamente nada, en atención al cliente, que los fondos se mantendrán bloqueados por 34 dias
