Hey there, fellow traders! Has anyone else run into this error when trying to withdraw from the electronic card of Banco de Venezuela?
Right now, Banco de Venezuela is blocking daily transactions to one or two max for about 8 hours. They say it's for security reasons.
A lot of banks with electronic cards tend to do this when they detect unusual movements towards the same platform, whether it's Binance or another exchange.
Solution? Honestly, I haven't found any workaround except waiting 8 hours (tested by me).
Also, and super important, on the main page of the bank (not the app, use a browser), make sure the blocked balance is at 0; otherwise, you won't be able to withdraw.
Tips:
- Withdraw a max of 2 times a day
- For source of funds, in the first option use working capital and in the second, it doesn't apply (individual).
- Make sure that when making changes or creating announcements in the payment description, you don’t mention anything, or at least nothing related to cryptos or work.
