Dubai Police just caught 4 people running a huge online trading scam.
These guys were calling people and running ads for fake investment sites with names like Sigma-One Capital, DuttFx, EVM Prime, UTrade, EVA Markets, and Core Financial Markets. All big talk, zero real licenses.
They promised “quick high profits,” but once you sent money, it got transferred to accounts outside the UAE. Basically, no chance of getting it back.
Lesson here: always check if a company is licensed by the DFSA or SCA before giving them a single dirham. If it sounds too good to be true… it is.
