When DataHaven once again let the confidence in the airdrop track decline with a shutdown announcement, is the testnet about to disappear?
#Blockstreet and
#opinion , these two projects, followed the same script, turning the 'anti-撸 community' into a standardized business—exchanging empty promises for free labor and using traffic hype to make a clean exit.
This is no longer 'entrepreneurial failure' but a systematic harvesting aimed at the Web3 community:
1.
#Blockstreet 's 'Wall Street narrative' packaged traffic scam
You think you are participating in the 'next-generation decentralized trading infrastructure,' but in reality, you're just helping the project team boost free KPIs:
• During the vision stage: packaging high-end narratives with 'Wall Street background,' 'institutional endorsement,' and 'mainnet airdrop,' keeping you up late to interact, recruit others, and build community, turning testnet data into false prosperity;
• During the harvesting stage: as community hype peaks and account numbers break ten thousand, they immediately change their tune—either 'strategic adjustments' canceling airdrops or 'technical issues' indefinitely delaying them, ultimately tearing all promises apart with a simple 'thank you for your contributions';
• During the closing stage: they take the pretty data they fabricated to the next round of financing, while your months of waiting for airdrop eligibility are worth less than a scrap of paper.
Is the community filled with complaints? They simply don’t care—your anger is just material for their next project’s traffic.
2.
#opinion : a wool slaughterhouse disguised in the guise of 'decentralized opinion'
opinion understands how to manipulate human nature better: using gentle traps of 'making voices heard' and 'contributor profit sharing,' luring you into an endless cycle of 'posting comments, voting, and bringing in new users':
• You think you are building a 'Web3 version of Reddit,' but in reality, you are just producing content for the project team for free and bringing in new users for free;
• When you accumulate enough points and wait for the signal of 'upcoming snapshot,' the project team suddenly announces 'model reconstruction,' resetting all points to zero and the airdrop directly to zero;
• Ironically, they immediately package the content you produced and sell it to the next 'content platform' project, continuing to deceive the next batch of people with the same tricks.
Community complaints? In their eyes, this is just proof that 'the project has hype'—the louder the complaints, the more it proves their traffic scam has succeeded.
