#Satsuma secures $218M in convertible note round from Pantera Capital, DCG, Kraken, Arrington Capital, Opportunity Fund, Borderless Capital and others. Satsuma will use the funds to scale operations, maintain a minimum three-month cash reserve for working capital, and allocate the remaining amount to its Bitcoin treasury managed by its Singapore-based subsidiary.
