Kraken unveils acquisition of Small Exchange for $100M
Kraken has acquired #SmallExchange , a U.S.-licensed Designated Contract Market operator, for $100M. Through this acquisition, Kraken will be able to establish a fully U.S.-based derivatives trading platform. The deal builds on Kraken’s earlier move into the U.S. derivatives market, following its acquisition of the futures platform #NinjaTrader earlier this year.
