🤡 "Junior with 6 years of experience": This is why Web3 is the future
I came across this gem on LinkedIn (see the image). The traditional job market is so broken that Human Resources demands a "Junior Profile" to have between 4 and 6 years of experience. Basically: senior responsibilities, with a beginner's salary. 🚩
Things like this remind me why more and more professionals in technology, cybersecurity, and finance are looking towards the Web3 ecosystem and cryptocurrencies.
Why is the Crypto / Web3 world different?
Real Meritocracy: Here, your bureaucratic titles matter less. What matters is your portfolio, your code on GitHub, your ability to audit a Smart Contract or secure a network.
Decentralization of work: You can work for a DAO, earn in crypto, or be rewarded directly by the community (like here on Binance Square) without going through 5 absurd HR filters.
Financial Freedom: Many of us use trading and investing in crypto precisely to escape this corporate "rat race" and depend less on a traditional salary.
In cybersecurity and blockchain, results speak louder than a decorated resume.
