Ramadan Spin – Very Disappointing Experience 😕
I’ve been trying the Ramadan Spin daily, but unfortunately every time it shows “Unavailable” on rewards.
What’s the point of a promo event if users can’t actually win or claim anything? I’ve tried multiple times, different internet connections, and even updated the app — still no success.
This is honestly very disappointing. Promotions should feel fair and transparent, especially during Ramadan.
Hope the team fixes this issue soon so users can actually enjoy the event.
