Unfortunately, the government has not enacted any effective legislation in this regard, which has resulted in thousands of people facing legal issues. As a lawyer and cryptocurrency expert, I have seen dozens of cases where individuals' bank accounts have been frozen solely due to cryptocurrency-related transactions. The reality is that even if the government does make a law, it will only be to collect taxes, not to provide convenience or protection to the public. Because if comprehensive and transparent legislation is enacted, those individuals who use cryptocurrency to launder black money will have their routes closed, and perhaps this is why the matter is being continuously delayed.
