Worldcoin is facing a rough time in the market as the team behind the project moved a large amount of WLD. This new move has made many holders worry about more selling pressure. At the same time the price of WLD is still weak and traders are watching the support level near 0.55 very closely.

Right now WLD is moving inside a long falling channel and it is still below the 20 day 50 day 100 day and 200 day moving averages. At the time of writing the price was around 0.58 after a small daily rise. Before this small lift the coin had already dropped more than seven percent in the past week. This shows that the overall trend is still down.

The main reason for the new fear is a large transfer that came from a wallet linked to the Worldcoin team. In total the team shifted forty four million WLD worth about twenty five point six million dollars. These tokens went to two other wallets that are also linked to the team. One wallet got twenty four million WLD and the second wallet got twenty million WLD.

This move matters because in the past tokens from these wallets were often sent to exchanges through trading firms. A month ago the team moved forty million WLD and later these tokens appeared on exchanges. Right after that the price fell hard and touched a low of 0.56. Because of this history traders fear that the new batch of tokens may also reach exchanges and add even more selling pressure.

Market data shows that sellers already have full control. The Spot Taker CVD turned red again which means sellers gained strength after buyers failed to keep up. During the past day the sell volume was ten point sixty five million while the buy volume was nine point eight million. The buy sell delta was negative which shows clear selling pressure.

This kind of activity often leads to more drops because the downward force keeps building up when sellers stay active. On top of this the Stochastic Momentum Index has moved deeper into the negative zone. It is now around minus thirty seven which means the momentum is strongly against the bulls.

If the new team transfer ends up on exchanges the price can break below the 0.55 support level. If that happens WLD may move down toward 0.50. This is the main fear among traders right now. They do not see strong buying interest and they worry that the market is not ready to hold the current level.

For the price to turn positive again WLD needs to climb back above 0.60. If that happens the coin can aim for the 20 EMA near 0.635. That is the first signal that buyers are returning and that the market may try to build a stronger base.

In simple words the Worldcoin team move has shaken trust. The market is already weak and more selling pressure can push WLD even lower. Holders are watching 0.55 as the key level. If it breaks the next stop could be 0.50.
